Refund policy
The customer may return or exchange any item purchased from the online store within a maximum period of 14 days from the date of receipt of the order. To do so, they must send an email to info@saltndsugar.com, mentioning the order number, full name, and email address used to make the purchase.
Return Procedure
When returning an item, the customer must indicate the reason for the return on the return form provided with the order. The item must be sent in its original packaging, accompanied by the return form, and with the pre-paid shipping label attached to the outside of the package.
To proceed with the return, please send an email to info@saltndsugar.com, including the order number in the subject line.
Return Conditions
To be accepted, the return must meet the following requirements:

Be made within 14 days of receiving the order;

The item(s) must show no signs of use;

Each item must be complete, with all components and original packaging in perfect condition.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase. Once processed, a confirmation email will be sent. Processing times may vary depending on your bank. If more than 10 days have passed and you have not received your refund, please contact us at info@saltndsugar.com.
Exchanges
The customer has a maximum period of 30 days from the date of receipt of the order to request a free exchange for another size, color, model, or voucher. To request an exchange, send an email to info@saltndsugar.com, including the order number, full name, email address, and the item, size, and/or color to be exchanged.
Please note:

No more than two exchanges are allowed per order;

Exchanges are not possible if the desired item is no longer available;

Refunds will not be issued if exchanging for an item of lower value. Any difference will be returned as a voucher for future purchases.
