The customer may exchange or return any item purchased at the online store within a maximum period of 14 days from the date of receipt of the order, and, for this purpose, send an e-mail to info@saltndsugar.com mentioning the number of the order, name and email address of the account used to make the purchase.
Returns & Returns
When making the return, the customer must record the reason for the return on the return form sent with the order. The article must be sent in the original packaging, accompanied by the respective form and with the carrier’s prepaid label affixed to the outsider of the package.
To proceed with the return, you must send na e-mail to the address info@saltndsugar.com , identifying the order number in the field “Subject”.
Return conditions
For your return to be accepted, you must respect the following requirements:
- Be carried out within 14 days after the date of receipt of the order;
- The article (s) cannot have any sign of use;
- Each item must be complete, with all its components and original packaging in perfect condition.
Refund
The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase. Once this is processed, you will receive a refund confirmation by email. The terms may vary according to your bank, however, if more than 10 days have passed and you have not received a refund of the amount, we ask that you contact us through the email address info@saltndsugar.com .
Exchanges
The customer will have a maximum period of 30 days after the date of receipt of the order request a free exchange for another size, color, model or voucher. To request the exchange you must send an email to info@saltndsugar.com mentioning the order number, name and email address of the customer, as well as the article, size and/ or color for which you want to exchange. However, you should take into account that:
- You cannot request more than two exchanges for the same order;
- The exchange option will not be possible if the article you wants is no longer available;
- There will be no refund in case of exchange for na item of lesser value. The surplus will be returned by away of a voucher that can be used on a subsequente purchase.
