1. Are the shoes I want no longer available in the online store? Can I place an order?

The product can be replenished indefinitely. You can leave your email and you will be notified immediately if it becomes available again.

2. Do the sizes fit correctly?

On our website you will find the range of each size on the product page. If you have any doubts, you can use the tool we provide to filter products by size.

If the product of your interest has any particularity, we will indicate it in our description.

3. Can I receive the invoice at an address different from the place of delivery of the order?

Yes, you can change the billing address to the other address, as long as you inform in your order.

4. I placed the order, but did not receive a confirmation email, what can I do?

Once payment has been confirmed, your order will be dispatched within 5 working days. As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive an e-mail with the tracking number so that you can follow your order.

Orders destined for European Union countries, will arrive between 1 to 5 working days after they have been sent.

International orders usually arrive between 3 to 5 business days. Some orders may be held at customs, increasing delivery time.

We offer the return shipping cost to exchange another size, color, product or voucher.

8. How long does the return process take to complete?

All items will be processed the following week after delivery of the returned items. Therefore, this procedure can take up to 15 working days from the item returned to the company until the payment is completed.

9. I received the return confirmation by email, but I did not receive the payment amount.

If you received the return confirmation email, you don't have to worry.

Refunds on some payment methods can take 5-10 business days to return the money to your bank account.
