Design
The first stage of shoe production begins with the idealization and design of the shoe. Design, like all creative processes, begins with a great deal of research by our team of designers who seek out and try to differentiate the entire collection by creating new trends, never forgetting the brand's identity. This research identifies the materials, colors and details that will be used to build the collection.
Modeling
This work goes through our modeling team, which makes a sketch of what the final product will be. From this sketch, a prototype is created using a form that represents the foot in the best possible way. This is used to test not only aesthetics, but also functionality and comfort. Once the model has been approved, molds are developed for all the components of the shoe, such as soles, insoles, uppers and so on.
Cutting
As soon as the materials needed to produce the ideal shoe have been gathered, they are taken to the cutting room. In our factory, all our shoes are cut by hand, paying close attention to the smallest details to guarantee quality and minimize material waste.
Sewing
The sewing stage is crucial for joining the various pieces of the shoe together, guaranteeing the desired shape and adequate strength. The sewing machines used in our factory are designed to handle specific materials, such as leather and fabrics, guaranteeing a resistant and consistent seam.
Assembly
At this stage, the various parts of the shoe are put together to create the final structure of the product. The uppers, which have been sewn and prepared previously, are joined to the soles. Assembly is a critical stage, which directly affects the quality, durability, and comfort of the shoe.
The Finishing
This is where the final touches are made so that the shoe is exactly as we had envisioned it. These touch-ups include coloring/painting, sanding, and polishing. These are the last steps to bring life to the shoe. After this process, the shoe is properly packaged.
